Sherry has more than 20 years of experience recruiting business leaders for start-ups to Fortune 100s. Renowned for her integrity, hard work, superior approach and contagious enthusiasm, she's placed hundreds of individuals in key leadership roles in sports, technology, insurance, finance, health care, utilities and other fields.
Prior to founding Talence Group, Sherry worked as an HR/recruiting leader for Intel Corporation, Stancorp Financial Group (The Standard), Lattice Semiconductor, FEI Technology and Credence-LTX. She specialized in finding key talent in the US and globally.
When not working, Sherry enjoys running with her dog, traveling and spending time with friends and family. She is a big supporter of Girls Inc. and avid community volunteer.
Kris brings wide-ranging business experience, dedication and insight—plus a laser focus on fit—to Talence Group. Prior to joining the agency in 2013, she owned and operated her own design and manufacturing firm, consulted with non-profits on resources and strategic growth, and worked in health and wellness.
Kris takes pride in rolling up her sleeves to distill clients’ and candidates’ unique goals, values and talents and then find the perfect match. A trusted advisor to every client, she listens, communicates, guides and provides constructive feedback throughout the recruiting process. She also plays a key role in organizing and managing the Talence Group team and business.
When she's not finding the right talent, you'll find Kris exploring the great outdoors, working in her yard and continuously learning quirky new things.
New to Talence, Betsy brings a strong background in career counseling as well as in-house staffing for Hewlett-Packard and Intel. She has managed college recruiting teams and built successful campus relationships. Her most recent expertise includes matching experience and talent with opportunity in the fields of engineering, manufacturing, sales and marketing, finance, health and wellness, and urban planning and administration. She holds a master’s degree in public administration.
Betsy is passionate about strengthening community, enhancing wellness, and advocating for the differently abled. She gives her time and skills on the behalf of young women leadership, yoga and fitness training, and the cerebral palsy population.
Outside of her work and volunteer activities, you’ll usually find Betsy hiking or cycling with her family in the beautiful Pacific Northwest.
Gina is an experienced organizational development consultant with a broad business perspective allowing her to effectively design company-wide human resource programs. She is an expert in assessing situations and finding solutions by asking the right questions, getting the right people in the room, and fostering honest and direct communications. Over the course of a decade, her professional experiences at Intel Corporation range from HR consulting, talent management, talent acquisition and training and development. Gina has her Masters degree in Whole Systems Design and Organizational Development from Antioch University, Seattle.
Outside of work, Gina is a college and career coach at the community high school and takes an active leadership role in school district special projects. She loves to travel and hike with her family.
Lynette’s commitment to top-notch service and communication sets the stage for delivering the right leadership talent to each client partner. Eager to excel, she’s filled multiple management positions in high-tech manufacturing as well as other leadership roles in a variety of industries since joining Talence Group in early 2014.
Lynette's background includes employment agency work, starting her own small business and more than 10 years in corporate sales, management and procurement with Enterprise Holdings.
When she’s not working, you’ll find Lynette crooning (she's a recording artist, performer and certified voice coach who’s performed internationally), cooking gourmet fare, shaking her tail feather in a Zumba class or volunteering in the community.
