CHALLENGE

Intel needed a technology leader to integrate engineering for the company’s largest ever acquisition. Additionally, this leader needed to develop hardware platforms for the company’s Visual Cloud Computing and other critical data-centric businesses. This hire would also oversee an international team and would be responsible for helping shepherd the company’s cultural, technology, and methodology transformation. In short, this hire needed high-level engineering skills in combination with intuitive and dynamic leadership skills. A tall order!


RESULT
